Mornings are hard, they just are! Everyone loves sleep, so getting up and out of the door before the sun rises is quite the chore at times. We understand this entirely, whether you’re trying to hurry to school, work, or the gym… mornings can be a drag! Here are a few quick tips to help you get out of your house quickly each morning – without forgetting all of the day’s necessities. 

  1. Set out what you’re going to wear. Yep – each night, just lay out clothes for the next day. Whether it’s your gym clothes,work outfit, or joggers for class, having your outfit out and planned will make for a quick morning! 
  2. Lunch?! Everyone loves food! Instead of standing in the kitchen and making your lunch in the morning, put a little extra thought into it the evening before and have it all nice and together in the fridge. This way, as you’re about to leave, you can just grab all of your prepped food from the fridge and run! 
  3. Coffee… okay, this is the obvious one. Coffee might not help you get out of the house quicker, but coffee will sure make your morning better! If you are a coffee drinker, have your coffee cup and coffee pot prepped the night before. Maybe even set a time if your coffee pothas that capability, and you’ll be set for the morning! 
  4. Be positive. It’s true, a positive attitude can go a long way. Mornings are hard, just accept that and move on. If you spend less time focusing on how exhausted you are and how much the day might possible drag on, you’d have more time to be positive and actually enjoy your day!
