Dear Mom, You Are Strong Enough!

To the brave and scared moms who come to the Rockville Women’s Center:

You are not alone.

We hear you. We understand that finding out you are pregnant again when you have a three-month-old baby is overwhelming and frightening. You feel confused, alone, and unsure of what to do next. You may be thinking that you can’t handle another child right now, and that’s okay. We are here to listen and empower you.

We e are proud of you for taking the first step of reaching out. It takes immense courage to admit that you need help and support. You are strong and capable. You have already shown that you care deeply about your family and your future by seeking advice and options.

Having a child is never easy.

There will always be challenges. But with support, love, and dedication, you can overcome any obstacle. You may be thinking that you can’t afford to have another child or that you don’t have the emotional or physical energy to care for two young children. These are valid concerns, but they are not insurmountable.

There are many resources available to you that can help you overcome these challenges. Our center can connect you with local support groups, parenting classes, and financial assistance programs. We can also provide you with counseling services and emotional support to help you cope with the stress and anxiety of having another child.

We Understand
